West Valley Cleanup Alliance, LLC (WVCA), prime
contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental
Management (DOE EM) for the West Valley Demonstration Project (WVDP) Phase 1B
in West Valley, New York, is issuing this announcement as an exchange with
industry. This is not a request for proposals (RFP) but rather a request for
information (RFI) and Industry Day notice to solicit industry input and
comments on draft project documents for the planned WVDP Waste Management
Area 1 (WMA 1) Secant Pile Wall construction project in West Valley, New
York. WVCA’s intent is to use industry feedback to refine the project scope
and RFP for a potential future procurement.
